The hotel's location near attractions like Christiana Mall and Delaware Park Racetrack provided us with plenty of options for activities. the smoke-free guest rooms were well-equipped, with amenities like coffee makers and refrigerators, ensuring a pleasant stay for us. Despite the inviting outdoor pool and fitness center, our experience was marred by disappointing housekeeping and maintenance issues. While the establishment offered a wide range of amenities such as free WiFi and a business center, the lack of attention to detail and cleanliness left much to be desired. the lack of response from the staff regarding our concerns was disheartening and did not reflect the friendly service promised by the hotel. Given the unsatisfactory conditions we encountered, I would caution fellow travelers to carefully consider their choice of accommodation when visiting Newark.
